Coffee grinder innovation is hot right now, and long overdue for change.

 

There are a couple of things that have been neglected, however, and these are critical to perfecting the grinding process.  We look at speed, temperature, materials and portion control, but haven't looked at the last thing a coffee particle touches as its ejected from the mill.

 

Until now.

 

We have filed a patent on a tool and process that ensures mills are perfectly parallel to one another in the grinder, removes surface tooling imperfections and leaves a razor sharp, uniform cutting edge on each tooth of the mill.
